AG&I are a non profit training provider based on the Lincolnshire / Nottinghamshire border.
We deliver funded and accredited Personal and Professional Development Courses across the East Midlands from work based learning programmes through to private training programmes that respond to the needs of the individual learner. Our Trainers support learners to achieve their goals set out in their Individual Personal and Professional Development Plan, supported by an excellent Information Advice and Guidance Team to ensure that barriers to progression are swiftly identified and every single learner has the support and guidance required to overcome these barriers and reach their full potential. AG&I are proud to work alongside Lincolnshire County Council delivering the Adult Education Budget and the Multiply Programme.

In partnership with Lincolnshire County Council AG&I provide the Adult Education Budget providing both accredited training and unaccredited training supporting Employability Skills, Customer Sevice, Team Leading, Care Planning and Information Advice and Guidance accredited training programmes.
AG&I also provide recognised accredited qualifications and bespoke training courses to enhance your employees’ skills, increase the competitiveness of your business and boost the local economy.
